Guest bookings are for a minimum booking of two nights at the weekend, although we occasionally have availability for single nights. A deposit of 15% of the booking total is required. This deposit is non-refundable. The full balance is required 15 days before arrival, payable by BACS or via PayPal.
When you make your booking and we have received the required deposit to secure the booking, a legally binding contract exists between us.
If the booking is cancelled less than 15 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first 2 nights of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 8 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction after your arrival the full cost of the booking will be charged. Guests are advised to have travel insurance.
